Littlehampton - Feltham21.04.2012

Littlehampton were also host to touring side Feltham, who had travelled down from London for the weekend. It was a good turn out with old and new players. Roll on Roll off subs allowed everyone a game of rugby with the two halves being played at thirty minutes a side. It was Littlehampton's Chris who got the first score, with Dean chipping the conversion in off the posts. Feltham soon returned the score winning a line out they found space to kick the ball and regain crashing over the line for an unconverted try. Feltham keep momentum and push up and score again but miss the conversion. Littlehampton have some tired legs after a few players dive into their second game but Gavin Wood finds pace and passes to Dean to score with a missed conversion. Gavin stays on pace for the next try also as he picks up a chipped kick to run through and score himself with no conversion. Half time 22-10

St Francis 19 - 20 Littlehampton21.04.2012

It was a tight final game for Littlehampton but Lee Shergolds penalty kick was the difference for a Littlehampton win,

Littlehampton start well and gain a penalty winning the scrum they drive forward and push up, chipping the ball St Francis gain and kick straight back to Littlehampton who catch the ball and push up. St Francis rip the ball and gain a penalty, winning their line out they drive forward. Littlehampton gain the ball back as St Francis drop the ball, Littlehampton take advantage to pass and push up, Ben Best chips the ball into space for the extra ground but Shergold is denied the try as St Francis defend the line and gain the ball, pushing Littlehampton back St Francis gain grounds and as Littlehampton drop off they push though for an unconverted try.

Shoreham 17 - Littlehampton 23 17.04.2012

It was an early kick off this week with Littlehampton away to Shoreham. Shoreham started strong placing pressure on Littlehampton straight away, winning a penalty they tap and go passing through the hands to stun Littlehampton early on and score in the corner, without conversion.

Shoreham gain the ball at the re start but Littlehampton place pressure on from the off. Shoreham gain a penalty and win the scrum, Littlehampton put good pressure on forcing Shoreham to kick the ball straight into Littlehampton hands, Littlehampton kick the ball back, and so do Shoreham giving Littlehampton a line out. Littlehampton win and drive the ball forward, Shoreham gain the ball as it goes loose and kick the ball away. Littlehampton remain strong in the line out and win, they also win a penalty, winning the scrum they drive the ball and Scott Elliott picks the ball up out the scrum to go over the line and score for Littlehampton, Dean Torode misses the conversion.
